This Money-Back Policy explains when and how you can obtain a refund for purchases made on DailyHoroscope.expert, operated by EXOMIND LTD (reg. no. HE 441522), Limassol, Cyprus.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email support@exomind.gg from the address linked to your purchase, including your order details and the reason for your request. Our support team reviews every request individually.

EU, EEA and Switzerland — right of withdrawal

If you reside in the EU, EEA or Switzerland, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase of digital services within fourteen (14) days without giving a reason. If, at your request, the service was already partly provided, you may be entitled to a refund proportionate to the part not yet provided.

Eligibility and exceptions

Refunds are assessed case by case. We may decline requests that fall outside the applicable refund period, show signs of abuse, or relate to services already fully delivered, except where the law provides otherwise.

Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time for the funds to appear depends on your payment provider and is typically 5–10 business days.

Cancellation vs. refund

Cancelling a subscription stops future charges but does not automatically refund past payments. To request a refund, follow the steps above. See also our Billing Terms.

Chargebacks

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly, rather than initiating a chargeback with your bank.
