Honest answers
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. One click in your account settings, no email to write, no "are you sure" loop. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
What happens to my chart if I cancel?
Your chart and saved readings stay in your account for as long as the account exists. If you come back later, your history is there.
Do I need my exact birth time?
Time is what makes the Ascendant and houses accurate. If you don't know it, we'll build a chart by day — most planets will still be correct, but house-based readings will be approximate.
Are readings written by people or generated?
Our readings come from a team of practising astrologers using our internal methodology. The team is listed on the homepage with their specialisations and years of practice.
Can I gift a subscription?
Yes — annual plans can be purchased as gifts. The recipient gets an email with their access code and can build their chart whenever they're ready.
Do you sell my data?
No. Birth data is used to compute your chart and personalise your readings. It is never sold or shared with third parties. You can delete your data anytime from settings.
